Get started

Create a pageo account, claim your username, build your page in the editor, and make it public.

pageo gives you one page at pageo.me/yourusername with your links, your work, and a way for people to reach you. This guide takes you from sign-up to a public page.

1. Create your account

  1. Go to pageo.me.
  2. Sign up with Google, or with your email and a password.
  3. If you use email, open the confirmation link we send you. The link expires in 1 hour.

2. Claim your username

Your username is the address of your page. It uses 4 to 30 letters and numbers, and pageo saves it in lowercase. Some names are reserved for pageo's own pages, such as pricing or blog.

You can change your username later in Settings. Your old address stops working when you change it.

3. Build your page

The editor opens at Profile in your admin.

  • Edit turns on editing. Change your name, role, photo, cover, and bio. The bio takes markdown.
  • Social links are the icon row under your bio. A page holds up to 8.
  • Grid links are the larger cards. Add as many as you need, and pin one to lead.
  • Layout sets grid, list, or minimal, your page color, your card color, and the order of your sections. Under Style, pick a font pair, an accent color for buttons, and how buttons look in the minimal layout. pageo Pro adds a moving background.
  • Settings, then Integrations connects Instagram, YouTube, Dribbble, and GitHub, and adds a map of your city.

Press Save to keep your changes. Unsaved changes stay in your browser, so a reload does not lose them.

4. Make it public

A new page is private. In the sidebar, under Status, switch it to Public. Your page is then live at pageo.me/yourusername, and the share button copies the link.

5. Tell an AI about you

Every public page also has a Markdown version at pageo.me/yourusername.md. It lists your name, role, bio, links, and how to reach you, in a form that AI assistants such as Claude and ChatGPT read easily. Give the link to an assistant and ask it about you. The share button in your admin copies it under AI link.

The file shows only what your page shows. A hidden section is not in it, and a page with a content warning has no file. On a custom domain, the file is at yourdomain.com/index.md.

6. Next steps

  • Sync your page from GitHub with a pageo.json file.
  • Add forms and read messages in one inbox (pageo Pro).
  • Put your page on your own domain (pageo Pro).
  • Open Pass in the toolbar to style your pageo pass, a card version of your page with a QR code on the back.
