Forms let visitors reach you from your page. Every message lands in one inbox in your admin. Forms and the inbox are part of pageo Pro.
The contact form
Pro pages get a contact form with name, email, and message fields. Turn it on or off from the editor.
Custom forms
- In your admin, open Forms and create a form.
- Give it a title and a slug. The slug sets its address:
pageo.me/yourusername/forms/your-slug. - A new form starts with name, email, and message fields, so the inbox can show who wrote. Add more fields: text, long text, email, phone, URL, number, dropdown, single choice, and multi-select. Mark each one required or optional.
- Save, then share the form link or pin the form to your page.
A form link works only while your page is public.
The inbox
Every submission, from every form, arrives in Inbound in your admin, newest first.
- Filter by form, by unread, or by archived, and search names, emails, and message text.
- Open a message to read every field. Mark it read or unread, archive it, or delete it.
- Mark all as read clears the unread count in the sidebar.
Email notifications
pageo emails you when a new submission arrives, with the sender and the start of the message. Turn this off in Settings under the inbound email setting. It is on by default.
Spam protection
Each form has a hidden field that bots fill in and people do not, and one visitor can send a form once every 24 hours. Messages that fail these checks never reach your inbox.
Your visitors' data
The people who write to you trust you with their details. Reply only about what they asked, and do not add them to a mailing list unless they agree. The privacy policy explains how pageo stores this data for you.
