Content policy

Last updated October 16, 2026

pageo pages are public, and every page shares the pageo.me address. One page that phishes or spams can get the whole address blocked on the apps where people share their links. This policy explains how pageo keeps pages safe, and what happens when a page breaks the rules. It adds detail to section 4 of the terms of service, which lists what you may not do.

1. What a page may not hold

  • Pirated films, shows, music, games, or software, or links to sites that offer them.
  • Phishing, fake login pages, or links to malware.
  • Scams, including fake giveaways, fake investment returns, and payment requests under false pretenses.
  • Pages that pretend to be another person, brand, or organization.
  • Spam: pages made only to push links or keywords into search results.
  • Content that sexualizes minors, promotes terrorism or violence, or harasses or threatens people.
  • Adult content without the content warning turned on in Settings.

2. How pageo checks pages

  • New pages wait for search. A new page works at once, but search engines may not index it for its first 14 days.
  • Automatic checks. When you save, pageo reads the text and the links on your page for wording that piracy and spam pages use. A page that matches stays live, but it leaves search results and pageo's own lists until a person reviews it.
  • Reports. Anyone can use the Report this page link under a page. When three different visitors report the same page, it leaves search results until a person reviews it.

3. Reviews and decisions

A person at pageo reviews every page that the checks or the reports hold. The result is one of two decisions:

  • Approved. The page returns to search results, and later saves do not hold it again.
  • Suspended. The page stops showing to visitors. You keep your account and can still sign in.

4. Appeals

If you think a decision about your page is wrong, email sanyam@pageo.me from the address you sign in with. Name the page and tell us why. We reply within 7 days.

5. Copyright and trademark complaints

If a page uses your copyrighted work or your trademark without permission, use the Report this page link, or email sanyam@pageo.me. Include:

  • The address of the page.
  • The work or the mark, and proof that you own it or act for the owner.
  • What on the page infringes it.
  • How we can reach you.

6. Changes

We may update this policy as pageo changes. The date at the top shows the last update.
