Terms of service

Last updated October 17, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and pageo ("pageo", "we", "us"), the service at pageo.me. By creating an account or using pageo, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use pageo.

1. Your account

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use pageo, and old enough to agree to these terms where you live.
  • Give us a real email address and keep it current. We send account and billing emails to it.
  • You are responsible for everything that happens in your account. Keep your password private. Tell us at once if you think someone else has access.
  • One person or organization owns each account. Do not sell or transfer an account or a username.

2. Usernames

Your username is your address at pageo.me. Some names are reserved for pageo's own pages. We may reclaim a username that impersonates someone or infringes a trademark. We may also reclaim a username that has not been used for a long time, and we email you at least 30 days before we do.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of everything you put on pageo: your name, photos, bio, links, forms, and the messages your visitors send you.

You give pageo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, display, and resize your content, only to run and show your page and to promote pageo (for example, showing a public page in our profile directory or examples). The license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies in backups that expire on their normal schedule.

You confirm that you have the rights to everything you publish, and that it does not break these terms or the law.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use pageo to:

  • Break any law, or help someone else break it.
  • Impersonate a person, brand, or organization, or mislead people about who runs a page.
  • Phish, collect passwords or payment details under false pretenses, or link to malware.
  • Send spam, including through forms or audience emails.
  • Publish content that sexualizes minors, promotes terrorism or violence, or harasses or threatens people.
  • Publish adult content without turning on the content warning in your settings.
  • Infringe someone else's copyright, trademark, or privacy.
  • Probe, overload, or attack the service, or get around its limits or its paid features.
  • Scrape other people's pages in bulk, except through our public sitemaps.

We may remove content, unpublish a page, or suspend an account that breaks these rules. Where we can, we tell you why and give you a chance to fix it. To report a page, use the Report this page link under it, or email sanyam@pageo.me with its address and the reason. The content policy explains how we check pages, review reports, and handle appeals.

5. Forms, inbox, and audience

When your visitors send you a form or subscribe to your updates, you are responsible for that data and for how you use it. Only email people who asked to hear from you, include who you are in every update, and respect requests to stop. pageo processes this data for you as described in the privacy policy.

6. Connected services and custom domains

Instagram, YouTube, Dribbble, GitHub, and Google Analytics connections run on those companies' own terms. YouTube content on pageo uses YouTube API Services, so the YouTube Terms of Service also apply when you connect YouTube. You can disconnect any service at any time.

A custom domain is yours to register and renew. pageo serves your page on it while your domain points to us and your pageo Pro plan is active.

7. pageo Pro and billing

  • pageo Pro is a paid subscription, billed monthly or yearly. Prices are on the pricing page.
  • Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. Dodo Payments charges your card, handles sales tax and VAT, and issues your invoices.
  • Your plan renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
  • You can cancel at any time from your settings. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for, and you are not charged again.
  • If a payment fails, Pro features may stop until the payment succeeds.
  • When Pro ends, Pro features turn off but your settings are kept. Your custom domain stops serving your page, and your page stays at pageo.me/yourusername.
  • Payments are not refunded. If something went wrong with a charge, email sanyam@pageo.me and we will look at it.
  • We may change prices. We will email you at least 30 days before a new price applies to your plan, and you can cancel before it does.

8. The free plan and changes to pageo

The free plan is free, and we may change what it includes. We improve pageo all the time, so features can change or be removed. If we remove a paid feature you rely on, we will tell you, and you can cancel.

9. Ending your account

You can stop using pageo at any time. To delete your account and its data, use Settings, then Your data, or email sanyam@pageo.me from the address on the account.

Your page stays yours. We never delete your page or your account without telling you first, by email to the address on the account, at least 30 days ahead. The only exceptions are a deletion you ask for, and pages we remove under section 4 for spam, fraud, or illegal content. You can export your data at any time, as the privacy policy describes. When pageo Pro ends, your page moves to the free plan. It is not deleted.

We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts others at risk. A suspended page stops showing to visitors, and you keep your account and can appeal, as the content policy describes.

10. Disclaimers

pageo is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep it fast and online, but we do not promise that it will always be available, error-free, or that data will never be lost. Keep your own copy of anything important. Connected services can change or stop working at any time.

11. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, pageo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim about pageo is limited to the larger of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or 50 US dollars. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

12. Indemnity

If someone makes a claim against pageo because of your content or because you broke these terms, you agree to cover the reasonable costs of that claim, to the extent the law allows.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When a change is material, we email you or show a notice in pageo at least 14 days before it applies. If you keep using pageo after a change applies, the new terms apply to you.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim there.
