pageo Now Has a CRM: Manage Brand Deals, Payments, and Deliverables — All in One Place

pageo is now more than a link-in-bio. The new CRM lets creators and agencies track brand deals through a full pipeline, manage payments and deliverables, capture inbound inquiries from their bio page, and stay on top of what needs attention — all without leaving pageo.

pageo Now Has a CRM: Manage Brand Deals, Payments, and Deliverables — All in One Place

pageo started as a link-in-bio tool. A fast, minimal page that gets people from your social bio to your most important links. That part hasn't changed.

But if you're a creator, freelancer, or agency doing brand deals, sponsorships, or client work, a link page alone only solves half the problem. The other half — tracking who reached out, what you agreed to, whether you got paid, what you still owe — that's been living in spreadsheets, email threads, and sticky notes.

We built pageo CRM to fix that. It's a deal and relationship management layer built directly into pageo, designed for the way creator and agency work actually happens.

pageo is still your link-in-bio. Now it's also where you run your business.

The Problem With How Creators Manage Deals Today

Brand deals are messy by nature. A single partnership might involve weeks of back-and-forth before anything is agreed, a deposit paid upfront, deliverables spread across different platforms, a final payment that comes late, and a contact who changes midway through. No spreadsheet handles all of that cleanly, and generic CRMs weren't designed with this workflow in mind.

Most creators end up stitching together tools that weren't meant to talk to each other — a spreadsheet for deal tracking, an inbox for communications, a notes app for deliverables, a separate tool for payments. Things fall through the gaps. Deals go stale. Payments go unchased.

pageo CRM is built around how brand deals actually work, not how enterprise sales works.

Deals: The Core of the CRM

Every deal in pageo CRM carries three things at once: where it is in your pipeline, whether the work is underway, and whether you've been paid. These are independent — a deal can be in negotiation, actively being worked on, and partially paid all at the same time. Because that's reality.

Pipeline Stages

Deals move through a clear pipeline: Lead → Contacted → Negotiating → Won / Lost. You always know where each opportunity stands.

Two Views, One Pipeline

Switch between a visual kanban board for a quick overview and a dense table view for scanning many deals at once. Both show the same data — use whichever fits the moment.

Deal Source Tracking

Every deal records where it came from — a form submission, a DM, a referral, an event, or manual entry. Over time you can see which channels actually bring in work.

Multi-Currency Support

Work with brands across countries? Deal values in pageo CRM support any currency. No conversion guesswork, no dollar-only limitations.

Filtering and Search

Filter your pipeline by stage, payment status, brand, or creator. Search across deal titles. Find what you need without scrolling through everything.

Bulk Import

Already tracking deals in a spreadsheet? Import via CSV. pageo previews every row before committing, so errors surface before anything is written.

Payments: Track What You're Owed

Most deals don't pay in one lump sum. There's a deposit, maybe a milestone, then a final payment. pageo CRM handles all of them as separate records under one deal.

Each payment moves through its own lifecycle — pending, sent, paid — and the deal automatically updates its payment status based on what's been received. No manual reconciliation. If a payment is overdue, it surfaces. You always know what you're still owed.

Add a reference number to each payment — invoice number, transfer ID — so your records stay clean for accounting.

Deliverables: Track What You Owe

Every deal has two sides: what you get paid, and what you deliver. pageo CRM tracks deliverables per platform — Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, X, or anything else — with a type, quantity, and status.

"3 reels and 1 story set for Instagram" is a real record, not a sentence buried in a notes field. Deliverables move from pending to submitted to approved to posted. Nothing gets forgotten.

Tasks: Keep the Work Moving

Tasks in pageo CRM live on deals, not in a generic to-do list. Every task is connected to the deal it belongs to, so nothing floats in a vacuum.

Set a due date and a reminder, and the notification bell in your sidebar lights up when something needs attention. Mark tasks done, change the assignee, or update the due date directly from the list — no extra clicks.

Activity Timeline: Everything in One Place

Every deal has a full history — an immutable, chronological log of everything that's happened. Stage changes, payment updates, deliverable progress, task completions, and notes you add manually (call logs, email summaries, freeform updates).

If you need to know exactly what happened with a deal six weeks ago, it's all there. No digging through email threads.

Brands and Contacts: Your Relationship Directory

Deals don't happen in isolation — they happen with people at companies. pageo CRM gives you a shared directory of both.

Brands

Company-level records with name, website, industry, and notes. Every deal tied to a brand is visible from the brand's page — so you can see your full history with a partner at a glance.

Contacts

Individual people — name, email, phone, title, social handle. Link them to a brand, or keep them as standalone contacts. Campaign managers who move between brands are supported without breaking anything.

Archive brands and contacts you're no longer working with. Restore them anytime if a relationship picks back up.

Inbound: From Your Bio Page to Your Pipeline

This is where pageo CRM connects directly to your link-in-bio. Any contact form on your pageo profile can route submissions straight into your CRM inbox — not your email, not a spreadsheet, your pipeline.

When a brand reaches out through your bio page, the inquiry lands in your CRM inbound, tagged and ready. Open the submission, review what they sent, and convert it to a deal in one click. The gap between "someone reached out" and "this is a real deal in my pipeline" is gone.

Today Dashboard: Your Daily Briefing

The Today view is a single screen with four things: tasks due today, deals that have gone quiet and need attention, payments that are overdue, and recent activity across your workspace.

You don't have to remember what needs chasing. pageo surfaces deals that haven't been touched in too long — early-stage deals after seven days, deals in negotiation after two weeks. Mark tasks done or payments received directly from the dashboard without opening the deal.

For Agencies: Roster Management and Creator Linking

If you manage creators rather than being one, pageo CRM has an agency workspace type with a few additions.

Creator Roster

Maintain a list of the creators you represent — their platform, handle, contact details, and deal history. Every creator has their own page showing all their active and past deals.

Linked Creator Accounts

Creators on pageo can connect their own account to your agency workspace by accepting an invite. Once linked, deals and form submissions can flow between both workspaces. The creator stays in control of their own data — it's a mutual connection, not a takeover.

If a creator's profile details differ from what's in your CRM, a sync tool lets you choose field by field which version to keep.

Built to Work Like You Do

A few things that run across the entire CRM:

  • Command palette — Press ⌘K to jump to any page, open any "add new" modal, or search across the CRM without touching the mouse.

  • Soft deletes everywhere — Deals, brands, contacts, and submissions archive rather than disappear. Restore anything you didn't mean to remove.

  • Full audit trail — Every record tracks who created it and who last changed it.

  • Public REST API — Every CRM feature is backed by the same API the interface uses. If you want to connect pageo CRM to another tool or automate something, the endpoints are there from day one.

Pricing and Access

pageo CRM comes with a 15-day free trial — no credit card required to start. The trial begins the first time you open the CRM after onboarding.

If you're already on pageo Pro or a lifetime plan, you skip the trial and get CRM access immediately.

Solo creators and agencies use the same core CRM. The agency workspace type unlocks roster management and creator linking. Everything else — deals, payments, deliverables, tasks, inbound, the Today dashboard — is available on both.

pageo CRM isn't a separate product you bolt on. It's the same account, the same workspace, the same link-in-bio — now with the business layer underneath it. Your bio page captures inbound. Your pipeline tracks what happens next. Your deliverables and payments close the loop.

If you're doing brand deals or client work and you're still running it out of a spreadsheet, this was built for you.
